Madison Boutique Refund & Returns Policy

At Madison Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Full-Price Items

Full-price items may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided they:

• Are unworn, unused and in their original condition.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once the item has been inspected and approved, you may choose either:

• A refund to your original payment method; or

• A Madison Boutique credit note.

Sale Items

Sale items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided they meet the return conditions above.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for another sale item or a Madison Boutique credit note, unless otherwise required by the Consumer Protection Act.

Final Clearance Items

Items marked as Final Clearance or Final Sale are sold as final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to a change of mind, incorrect size, colour preference or any other preference-based reason.

This policy does not affect your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act in respect of goods that are defective, unsafe or not as described.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe an item is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act. Where an item is found to be defective or not of acceptable quality, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Act.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Earrings

• Swimwear (unless the hygiene seal remains intact)

• Gift cards

• Any other items clearly marked as non-returnable

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by Madison Boutique, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
