As we are a small business, unfortunately we cannot issue any cash refunds if 48 hours has transpired after purchase. Please notify us within 48 hours if you would like to return a product for any reason. Should your return be accepted, (meeting the criteria outlined below) please arrange for collection of your return and delivery to our Constantia store. The cost of the return is for the client. Once a return is received by us, we will assess the product and provide an exchange or return as required.
- To be eligible for a return, please first contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
- To complete your return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The return of the item must take place within 7 days of contacting us.
- Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- cosmetics products (such as perfumes)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you may choose a refund or credit note in exchange for the garment returned. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
Late or Missing Funds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item at a different size, please send us an email as soon as possible to email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed or posted to you.
We offer free shipping within South Africa. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
